曹湘洪 中國工程院院士,美國國家工程院外籍院士
CAO Xianghong
Academician of CAE, International Academician of the National Academy of Engineering of America曹湘洪,石油化工專家,現(xiàn)任中國石化集團有限公司科技委資深委員。曾任中國石化股份公司董事、高級副總裁,中國石化集團公司總工程師、科技委主任,中國化工學(xué)會理事長,全國石油產(chǎn)品和潤滑劑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會主任等職。長期從事石油化工技術(shù)開發(fā)與技術(shù)管理工作,組織實施過三十多項石油化工裝置的重大技術(shù)攻關(guān)和重大技術(shù)改造,為我國煉油與石油化工技術(shù)進步作出了杰出貢獻。獲國家科技進步特等獎、一等獎、二等獎各一項,三等獎二項,省部級科技進步獎十項。1999年當(dāng)選中國工程院院士,2009年當(dāng)選美國國家工程院外籍院士。Mr. Cao Xianghong, expert in petrochemicals, Senior Member of Sinopec Science and Technology Committee. He once served as Vice President of Sinopec Group, Board Director and Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corp., Chief Technology Officer of Sinopec Group, Director General of Sinopec Science and Technology Committee, Chairman of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, and Director General of China’s National Standardization Technical Committee for Petroleum Products and Lubricants. Mr. Cao has been engaged in technological development and management in petrochemicals, and organized and implemented more than 30 significant technical breakthroughs and technical transformations for refinery and petrochemical plant, making great contributions to China’s advances in refining and petrochemical technology. He has won one Special Prize, one First Prize, one Second Prize and two Third Prizes of National Science and Technology Progress Award, as well as 10 provincial and ministerial science and technology progress awards.Mr. Cao was elected member of Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE) in 1999, and international member of the US National Academy of Engineering (NAE) in 2009.

報告從交通工具用內(nèi)燃機的未來燃料——可持續(xù)燃料的定義和分類出發(fā),闡述了可持續(xù)燃料具有明顯的低碳屬性,用它們做內(nèi)燃機燃料有明顯的減碳效果,是交通運輸減碳的主要選擇之一。生物乙醇、生物柴油作為汽柴油的替代燃料已在汽車上大范圍推廣使用,生物航煤已經(jīng)形成了規(guī)模產(chǎn)能并開始商業(yè)飛行,綠色甲醇和綠氨替代船用油實現(xiàn)減碳,一批產(chǎn)能正在規(guī)劃建設(shè)中。我國發(fā)展可持續(xù)燃料,擁有豐富的生物質(zhì)資源、廢塑料等碳循環(huán)資源以及二氧化碳和綠氫資源基礎(chǔ),可持續(xù)燃料發(fā)展有很大潛力。在可持續(xù)燃料發(fā)展過程中,一要認(rèn)真研判市場、堅持理性發(fā)展。二要夯實可持續(xù)燃料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)。三要明確產(chǎn)品定位,研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)適用于現(xiàn)有內(nèi)燃機的燃料。四要重視穩(wěn)定可靠的原料供應(yīng)鏈構(gòu)建和產(chǎn)業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新。五要重視生產(chǎn)技術(shù)路線的優(yōu)化選擇,開發(fā)和采用全生命周期碳排放最小的技術(shù)。六要從戰(zhàn)略高度認(rèn)識基于綠氫的二氧化碳資源化利用。七要加快研究制定可持續(xù)燃料全生命周期碳足跡評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和評價方法。
The report commences with a definition and classification of sustainable fuels (SFs), which are projected to be the future fuels for internal combustion engines (ICEs) in the transportation sector. It elaborates on the distinct low-carbon characteristics of SFs and demonstrates that their use in ICEs significantly reduces carbon dioxide emissions. Consequently, SFs are identified as a primary strategy for achieving carbon reduction in transportation. Bioethanol and biodiesel have been extensively utilized in automobiles as alternative fuels to gasoline and diesel. Additionally, bio-jet fuel has achieved large-scale production capacity and has commenced commercial flights. Furthermore, green methanol and green ammonia have supplanted traditional marine fuels to facilitate carbon reduction. Numerous production capacities are currently under planning and construction. China's potential for developing SFs is substantial, given its abundant biomass resources, waste plastics, recycled carbon materials, carbon dioxide, and green hydrogen. To effectively harness this potential, it is imperative first to conduct a thorough market analysis and maintain a rational approach to development. Second, it is crucial to fortify the technological foundation of the SF industry. Third, it is imperative to elucidate the product positioning and to develop and manufacture fuels that are compatible with existing ICEs. Fourth, emphasis should be placed on the stable and reliable construction of the raw material supply chain, as well as on innovations in industrial models. Fifth, attention must be given to the optimal selection of production technology pathways, with a focus on developing and adopting technologies that minimize carbon dioxide emissions throughout their life cycle. Sixth, it is essential to strategically comprehend the resource utilization of carbon dioxide, particularly in conjunction with green hydrogen. Seventh, it is imperative to expedite the research and development of evaluation standards and methodologies for assessing the carbon footprint throughout the entire life cycle of SFs.
